Enjoy freedom of expression and create your own ideas on rice paper or silk with seasonal inspiration through nature or other creative forms of interest.
Jeanette will encourage and inspire you through the workshop you don’t have to be talented just have an open mind to see what is happening artistically and experiment with textural mark making on different fabrics and paper. Learn new techniques for example; Wet on Wet, Sun printing, Flower pounding and more….

By providing an enjoyable and satisfying distraction, creative pursuits can help to reduce stress levels and bring a variety of health benefits.
The arts clearly have the potential to make a major contribution to our health, well being and life skills. Projects from painting to designing silk scarves help people to have a more positive outlook, reduce isolation and anxiety and give increased confidence, sociability and self esteem.
